As a business, Aquafit is celebrating 20 years in the community in 2024 and is using this milestone as an opportunity to look to the future and continue to support their community.
Campbelltown Catholic Club is proud to be funding the Be Unstoppable Foundation to host a free ‘Positive Mental Health for Families Group Workshop’. The 10-week program, facilitated by professional coaches and certified counsellors, will run from May-July 2024. The program is designed to educate and develop awareness regarding mental health, with the preventative measures to take if ‘adverse mental health’ symptoms appear and most importantly, the development of mental strength and ‘positive mental health’, to live a mentally healthy life.
