The 10-week program, facilitated by professional coaches and certified counsellors, will run from May-July 2024. The program is designed to educate and develop awareness regarding mental health, with the preventative measures to take if ‘adverse mental health’ symptoms appear and most importantly, the development of mental strength and ‘positive mental health’, to live a mentally healthy life.
