Payment can be made by credit card or debit card through over the phone or at Club Reception. Please note that the deposit will be deducted on the day of the booking. Member points will be earned on the whole transaction (including the deposit amount) on the day of the booking.
Confirmation of bookings
Once payment has been taken you will receive a confirmation email containing all reservation details including your booking reference number.
Cancellations of pre-paid bookings
All cancellations must be made in writing to the appropriate outlet:

Refunds for cancelled pre-paid bookings
Once your booking has been cancelled, the appropriate amount will be refunded back onto the same card used to make the booking within 10 business days.
NSW Health Directions
Bookings postponed or cancelled due to restrictions on gatherings or travel implemented by NSW Health will be eligible for a full refund. For bookings cancelled or postponed for reasons not directly resulting from amendments to the NSW Health orders the standard cancellation terms will apply as outlined above.

Responsible Service of Alcohol
In accordance with legislation, alcoholic beverages will not be served to persons under the age of 18 years, or to any person considered to be intoxicated. Campbelltown Catholic Club and its staff reserve the right in our absolute discretion to exclude or remove any persons from the event or the Club’s premises without liability.
