Introducing Jude’s – a new Café, Bar and Brasserie opening March 2026
We’re preparing to introduce a new dining concept here at Campbelltown Catholic Club.
The Dove & Shears, which opened in late 2020, has now closed as we reimagine how this space can better serve our members and the broader community. Guided by member feedback and changing dining habits, this change represents an evolution of the space – focused on offering greater flexibility, improved visibility within the foyer and a dining experience designed around how people like to visit the Club today.
Introducing Jude’s
Jude’s draws inspiration from the grand cafés and brasseries of Europe, reimagined for our Club and local community.
The venue will offer all-day dining in a warm, welcoming setting – from brunch and lunch through to dinner, desserts and evening drinks – with a focus on refined Modern Australian dishes, quality ingredients and genuine hospitality.
While the name and positioning are new, the foundations remain familiar: passionate chefs, respect for ingredients and a commitment to creating enjoyable dining experiences for our members and guests.
What to expect at Jude’s
When Jude’s opens, members and guests can look forward to:
- All-day dining, seven days a week
- A dedicated brunch service, with earlier opening on weekends
- Refined Modern Australian dishes, with moments of table-side theatre
- A signature dessert trolley featuring beautifully presented, house-made desserts
- A relaxed cocktail bar, with live piano entertainment on weekends
- Sage Café integrated into the venue, offering a more comfortable café experience within Jude’s
Opening March 2026
Jude’s is set to open in March 2026. The space will feel familiar, with subtle physical updates alongside a new brand and visual identity. We’ll continue to share updates as we move closer to opening and look forward to welcoming members and guests into this next chapter.
