Mobile Ordering at Embers

  1. Embers menu items can be viewed at any time. Orders will not be able to be processed outside of Embers Trading Hours or from outside the venue.
  2. Campbelltown Catholic Members receive special pricing at Embers. To access members pricing you will need to register for an account using an email address, mobile number, your club membership number and your date of birth as indicated. You will be sent a verification code via SMS. Prices will update to display members pricing when you are logged in. This will also keep a record of your orders and allow you to order the ‘same again’ and allow you to earn points on your order. It is your responsibility to log in as a member in order to receive these benefits.
  3. Dietary groups are indicated with (v) vegetarian, (gf) gluten free, (pb) plant based.
  4. Not all ingredients are listed please advise Embers staff about any allergies before placing your order. Do not place an order if you cannot get the allergen information you require.

  6. Unless processed as separate orders, all meals will be delivered and charged together.
  7. Please ensure you check all details you enter before submitting your order as we will begin processing your order immediately. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind.
  8. Where any payment made is not authorised your order will not be processed.
  9. An SMS will notify customers when the order has been received.
  10. Gift Cards (Campbelltown Catholic Club, NSW Dine & Discover etc) are not redeemable through Embers Mobile Ordering. If you wish to use a gift card, please place your order with an Embers Staff Member at the Bar.
  11. If you have Member Vouchers (ie. a birthday reward) available to you, this will be displayed as a payment option upon checkout.
  12. Payments paid by you are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise determined. In the event that a refund is required (ie. ordered product is not available and cannot be replaced with a like similar item) you can lodge a request for a refund with our Embers team. We will communicate with you in relation to the nature of the dispute and all refunds are subject to review and approval. In addition, you acknowledge that any refund agreed to will be subject to authorisation and processing by Windcave – please allow up to five business days for processing. Cash refunds will not be given.
  13. Promotional Vouchers are not issued through Embers Mobile Ordering.
  14. Embers practices the responsible service of alcohol. Under the ‘Liquor Act 2007 It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years’.
  15. By placing and order through this site you acknowledge and agree that it is an offence to supply or purchase or attempt to purchase alcohol on behalf of those under 18 years or intoxicated persons and that orders for alcohol will be served at management discretion. Unfulfilled orders will be refunded.
  16. In compliance with the clubs Responsible Service of Alcohol policy Embers reserves the right to require approved photo ID as proof of age for any orders containing alcohol.
