Spencer Gulf Kingfish Sliders (two)
Freshly filleted and crumbed Spencer Gulf Kingfish, paired with crunchy Aussie-grown Bread and Butter Pickles from Westmont Pickles, all nestled in a freshly baked St Malo’s milk bun, topped with our house-made tartare sauce.

Spencer Gulf King Fish
Supplier: Cleanseas Sustainable Seafood, South Australia
We’ve chosen Spencer Gulf Kingfish for its firm yet delicate texture and unique rich flavour. Our fish arrives whole, and our team fillet and crumb daily. It’s then fried to order and placed in the bun.
Global leaders in sustainability, Cleanseas Sustainable Seafood raise their Yellowtail Kingfish in the icy, pristine waters of South Australia’s Spencer Gulf. Indigenous to the areas crystal clear waters their stock is specifically selected for its superior quality attributes.
Bread and Butter Pickles
Supplier: Westmont Pickles, Sydney NSW
For crunch and flavour we’ve added Bread and Butter Westmont Pickles that are picked, packed and pickled right here Australia.
Westmont is the original and the only all-Australian pickle. Founded by Sydney-based best mates, Westmont came about over beers in the backyard, these pickles are 100% Australian made and owned products are picked, packed and pickled right here onshore.
House-made Tartare
Supplier: made by our team
Made in house using Wesmont Pickles, Birch and Waite whole egg mayonnaise and herbs picked fresh from our from our garden, our tartare sauce is creamy and tangy. Textually, it beautifully offsets the crunchy crumb on our fish and softness of the bun.
Milk Bun
Supplier: St Malo Bakery, Sydney NSW
Holding it all together is the soft milk bun from St Malo Bakery. Made to order and delivered fresh to the club daily, these buns are all about the texture and slight sweetness that brings our sliders together.
