Group bookings held by Campbelltown Catholic Clubs Signature Restaurants (Kyūbi Modern Asian Dining, The Dove and Shears, Embers) require a credit card pre-authorisation is required to secure your booking.
Making a booking
Bookings for large groups of up to 30 people can be made using our online booking platform on each of our venues websites. For bookings of more than 30, please contact the restaurant directly.

Credit card pre-authorisation
You will be asked to provide your credit card details to secure your booking. Funds will be verified, but not charged to your card at the time of booking.
Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email containing all reservation details including your booking reference number.
Cancellations/ no shows
If you cancel within 24 hours of your booking or don’t show up, the full amount per person will be charged from your card. We advise that you call us directly if you wish to cancel your booking within 24 hours of the booking.
Responsible Service of Alcohol
In accordance with legislation, alcoholic beverages will not be served to persons under the age of 18 years, or to any person considered to be intoxicated. Campbelltown Catholic Club and its staff reserve the right in our absolute discretion to exclude or remove any persons from the event or the Club’s premises without liability.
