We are pleased to announce that the Club has received Development Approval (DA) for our Seniors Living development to be built on the corner of Camden Road and Old Menangle Road.
This will be a landmark project – supported by a bold vision to build upon the vibrant and connected wellbeing and lifestyle precinct we have right here in the heart of Campbelltown, elevating the experience of our members, future residents and servicing the broader community.
Our holistic plan brings together positive ageing, ageing in place, as well as a community approach to living in a home that will provide future residents with a unique lifestyle offering, all in one of the best locations, right here in Campbelltown.
With around 90 Apartments and an array of amenities for the residents to enjoy, we know this will be a place where the over 60’s in our community will be able to thrive.
With the big milestone of our DA being received, we are now working with our architects and the development team on the finer details of planning and designs, and look forward to sharing updates as we progress.
