A winner will be drawn every Sunday at 3pm between 8 September – 27 October 2024. Winner does not have to be present in order to win the weekly draw. Winner will be contacted via phone and prize left at Reception for collection on next visit. Weekly draw winner will still be in the draw for the Major Prize.

You MUST be present at Campbelltown Catholic Club to WIN. A winner will be drawn every 4 minutes from 3pm until the trip is claimed, or we reach 3:45pm.
If the Major Prize has not been claimed by 3:45pm, it will be drawn as an additional prize in the Second Chance Draw.

Use your membership card at POS, Member Kiosk in a Gaming Machine between 10am – 3pm, Sunday 3 November at Campbelltown Catholic Club. Entries can be accrued every hour.
1. Campbelltown Catholic Club Employees, Directors, Golf Professional and his/her employees and their respective spouses are ineligible to enter.
2. Un-Financial, Suspended and Banned Members are not eligible to participate. If a prize winner is found to be un-financial, Suspended or banned at the time of the draw the prize will be forfeited and a redraw will take place.
3. Use membership card at POS, Member Kiosk or at a Gaming Machine to earn entries every hour between 10am Friday 30 August – 11:59pm Saturday 2 November.
4. Weekly Draws
5. Weekly draws will take place at 3pm every Sunday from 8 Sep – 27 October 2024.
6. Weekly prize includes a $100 VISA Card and Las Vegas edition replica match ball.

Major Draws
7. The Major Draw to win a trip to Las Vegas will take place at Campbelltown Catholic Club on 3 November 2024.
8. Entry Multipliers apply. Platinum, Platinum+ and Pinnacle 2 for 1.
9. You MUST be present at Campbelltown Catholic Club and claim your prize within 4 minutes to win the Las Vegas Trip. A winner will be drawn every 4 minutes from 3pm until the Prize is claimed or we reach 3:45pm. If the Prize has not been claimed by 3:45pm it will be drawn as an additional Prize in the Second Chance Draw.
10. There is a maximum of 1 prize per Member on the Major Draw Day (includes Major Draw and Second Chances Draw)

Second Chance Draw
12. Use your membership card at POS, Member Kiosk or at a Gaming Machine between 10am – 3om, Sunday 3 November. Entries can be accrued every hour.
13. Campbelltown Catholic Club is the only venue where entries can be earnt in the Second Chance Draw. Second Chance entries are only valid on the day they are earned.
14. Second Chance Draw prizes include: 5 x $1,000 cash.

16. Draws will be announced over the PA system in the Campbelltown Catholic Club lounge, Gaming room and Harvest Bistro area. Draw announcements will not be broadcast in other areas of the Club such as Private Function Rooms and restaurants. It is the Members responsibility to ensure they are in an area where the draw can be heard.
17. Winners consent to the publication of their name and/or photograph in any form of advertising Campbelltown Catholic Club sees fit.
18. Winner must provide the Marketing Team with names, date of birth and any other relevant requested details of all parties redeeming the Trip to Las Vegas, no later than Tuesday 19 November 2024.
19. Travel dates are between Monday 24 February – Sunday 3 March 2025.
20. Winner is responsible for any other expenses not covered in the prize including travel insurance, VISA, transport, meals, gratuity and valid passport.
21. Prize is not transferrable or redeemable for cash.
22. By participating in the promotion, participants consent to the conditions of entry.
