Tathra Place is a beautiful regenerative farm in Wombeyan Caves NSW. Run by farmer Luke and his family, this 100 acre property produces free range eggs, grass fed beef, free range pork and grass fed chicken – all with no chemicals, hormones or antibiotics.

Schottlanders Wagyu Farm is 430 acres of lush coastal pastures in Rose Valley, Gerringong. Established in 2005 by Gerhard Baden, this solar powered farm puts animal welfare first to produce an almost unmatchable flavour and fat score of any grass-fed beef.

Country Valley milk is locally manufactured on the rolling green hills of Picton NSW. The Dairy was opened in 1958 and has been run tirelessly by the Fairley family ever since. Cedar Creek Orchard is a property nestled in the hills of Thirlmere NSW. Originally purchased in 1937, four generations of the Silm Family have built and innovated to bring the business to where it is today.
