Our approach to food is a simple one – we take the best local ingredients to create our own version of your pub favourites. Our beverage list celebrates Australian and New Zealand wines, boutique Australian gins and unique range of draught beers.

Named with a nod to the sheep shearing heritage of the Macarthur region and embracing the peaceful and welcoming spirit of the Dove, The Dove and Shears is the latest creation from the team that brought you the award winning Kyūbi Modern Asian Dining.

Spring Gin Flight

Designed to showcase the unique, the award winning, the quirky and the downright delicious boutique gin from behind our bar. A great introduction for the gin novice, but equally impressive for the gin connoisseur among us.

We’ll be spotlighting three gins each month (or so…) from our range of over 100 different varieties for you to sip and enjoy at the bar or with your meal. Stay tuned to our socials for the latest selections.

During Spring, a carefully curated selection of fresh spring flavours will available on our gin flight. These include:
